BESCHREIBUNG
This is a high speed fully automatic machine to produce outside ear loop high-end face mask ,and to weld the face mask by ultrasonic welding . The equipment goes from raw material to finished product output, automatic operation, reduce the masks in the production process of human contact, so as to easily meet the industry testing standards, to achieve higher production capacity. Can facilitate the packing by adding the function of folding the outside ear-loop.After optimizing the computer program,it can solve the problem of the overlap of the face mask when the machine is stopped or started.

2.The ultrasonic system combine with imported parts and ausim technology , the frequency of ausim ultrasonic generator release to mask is more stable ,which it can work continuously under long time.
3.The program of PLC be controlled by automatic and manual model , in case of automatic condition , AS-1T1 machine has fabric lost alarm and ear loop lost alarm function .When it is on fault alarm , it be easy to maintain on the manual model.
