On September 16, 2020, the 16th "Information Conference for Top-100 in China Machinery Industry, Top-20 in Automotive Industry and Top-30 in Parts" was convened in Tongliang, Chongqing. On the conference, the 16th session of Top 100 List of China's Machinery Industry was listed. XCMG ranked the fourth in the list and the first in its industry.

On May 18, 2020, British KHL Group issued Top 50 Construction Machinery Manufacturers, where XCMG ranked the fourth in the global industry. It is the only Chinese company that continues to be in the top the global industry. It has ranked the first in China's engineering machinery for 31 years in a row.
